Mississippi Catfish, Inc. was founded in 1993 in Hercules, CA. Incorporated in the State of California, the company has rapidly grown from a small two-person operation into a thriving enterprise with headquarters in Hercules, CA and a district office in Los Angeles.

We are a distributor of the world famous Simmons catfish. Simmons catfish are farm-raised and grain-fed in the freshest, purest water from spring-fed aquifers found deep within the heart of the Mississippi Delta.
